Today this site collects exactly one thing: the e-mail address of people who want to hear when SOCORA launches. Below is precisely what happens to it — with no cross-references to other documents.
Who the controller is
GRUPA LUMI Sp. z o.o., ul. Dąbrowska 32, 42-504 Będzin, Poland — registered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000643379 by Sąd Rejonowy Katowice-Wschód w Katowicach, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS, VAT 6292476734, statistical no. (REGON) 365710010, share capital 10 000,00 zł, contact: hello@socora.ai
For anything concerning personal data, write to hello@socora.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list:
e-mail address — you provide it yourself; without it there is no way to notify you,
page language (Polish or English) — so the message arrives in the language you read,
entry source — which page or campaign the sign-up came from.
We do not collect your name, phone number or company. The form has no fields for them — every extra field is personal data to look after, and none of it is needed to tell you about a launch.
The site uses no tracking cookies and has no third-party analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is the animation switch in the footer — that is a display preference, not an identifier.
Your IP address — what we do NOT store
The form is public, so we protect it against flooding: we count how many sign-ups arrive from one place within a minute.
Counting needs distinguishability, not the address itself. Your IP is therefore turned into an irreversible fingerprint (a salted cryptographic hash) and only that fingerprint is stored. The IP address itself is not in our database and cannot be recovered from the fingerprint.
The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purpose and legal basis
Your e-mail is processed solely to tell you when SOCORA launches and about early access. We do not send any other newsletter to it and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
The basis is your consent, given by joining the list (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time — one e-mail, no reason needed.
How long we keep it
waiting-list e-mail — 24 months from sign-up, or until you withdraw consent if that comes sooner,
IP fingerprint from the counter — the counting window is 60 seconds and the record itself is removed by the daily clean-up.
These periods are not a paper promise: deletion is performed by a job that runs automatically every day.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need in order to run the service:
hosting provider — keeps the server and the database,
e-mail provider — sends the message when the time comes.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising. We do not profile you and make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any moment.
To use any of them, a message to hello@socora.ai is enough. No reason and no form required.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Do you have to give us anything
No. Giving your e-mail is entirely voluntary — without it we simply cannot tell you about the launch. Nothing else follows from it: the site reads exactly the same without joining the list.
